About the Role In this role, as a Pleno Project Analyst , you will: Lead and advise internal teams and partners, while supporting the Head/Director of the PMO/Portfolio carry out his activities, to ensure portfolio compliance. Analysis of project portfolio performance. Establish and facilitate Project Governance / Compliance. Evaluation of the Project risks reported by Project managers Maintain and create visibility around a holistic view of the status and health of the project portfolio. Develop objective, accurate and concise reporting and recommend solutions for risks and problems found. Assist project managers on the politics, rules and process they must follow and support the appropriate use of tools offered by Thomson Reuters. Analyze the overall effectiveness of project management across the portfolio and support project managers to mitigate risks. Ensure that resource plans are established across the portfolio to successfully deliver the portfolio of projects. Collate the data needed to analyze the overall effectiveness of project management across the portfolio. Support the implementation of consistent resource management processes across the partners. Proactively identifies and provides mitigation plans for any potential risks to the project’s overall success. Develops a professional rapport with the internal and Partner stakeholders and maintain an excellent level of client satisfaction. Implement effective communication plan with Partners and Thomson Reuters and operate it to keep the rhythm, including provision of regular and accurate reports. Provides effective leadership to the Partners ensuring they are developing their skills and experience. About You For this position, we are looking for professionals with the following Skills & Experience : Advanced English. Strong negotiation skills with partners and stakeholders. Ability to produce high‑quality project documentation and ensure partners do the same. Identifies and proposes improvements to processes and methodologies. Strong cross‑team and cross‑organizational collaboration skills. Ability to anticipate and analyze risks, escalating them to senior management as needed. Knowledge of PM tools such as Canvas, Teams, Monday.com, Planner and MS Project. Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with no‑code tools. Functional proficiency with at least one Thomson Reuters product or direct competitor. Experience as PM or Analyst in enterprise software. Knowledge of Tax/Accounting or Global Trade industries.
