All this through a single connection. We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Team. The Product Senior Manager – ONESOURCE Pagero manages end to end the CTC/eInvoicing Compliance Pagero product to achieve the growth goals of ONESOURCE Pagero. This role coordinates Product Managers with special focus on Core and CT/Compliance services within Pagero product. About the Role In this role as Senior Manager, Product Management you will: Take ownership of strategy, design, business requirements, feature and functionality tradeoffs and release schedule for ONESOURCE Pagero CTC/eInvoicing offering. Partner with sales / product marketing to develop marketing strategy and product launch activities Direct and influence cross-functional teams in order to ensure dependencies for proposition, product or service delivery are met Be responsible for gathering and prioritizing client feedback and understanding client needs in order to drive innovation and increase client adoption and retention Be responsible for developing comprehensive product definitions, concept proposals and business cases which result in marketable products and services. Be involved in budgeting activities, development of 3rd party partnerships, etc. May support commercial facing teams in client engagement and retention activities Manage a team of Product Managers in the areas of ONESOURCE Pagero Core and Compliance Be responsible for developing talent within the team Be responsible for reviewing current products to ensure that quality and currency are being maintained Participate in revenue planning and pricing decisions for new products Manage AI projects within the product team to boost efficiency and speed up new solution delivery. About You: You are fit for the role of a Senior Manager, Product Management, if you have the following required qualifications: Educational background in areas of system integrations and/or IT Project Management and/or similar tech-oriented educational background You are a driven, ambitious and independent person Excellent communication skills Experienced with or interested in managing software integration/implementation projects Experience in management and leadership to team leaders or product managers Experience on prioritisation and work allocation:  assign work, allocate resources, monitor results, control costs and manage staff You can understand the full picture, as well as dive deep into the details Minimum 8 years work experience Fluent English skills (speaking and writing) Successfully pass an extended background check (criminal and credit) Additional preferred qualifications include: Deep knowledge and understanding of ONESOURCE Pagero and processes, in particular our CTC and eInvoicing compliance offering. You are self-driven and have both technical, business and communication interest to improve Pagero Network and processes Understanding of our customers general business processes and needs connected to O2C and P2P compliance #LI-AB3 What’s in it For You?
