As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance to drive business growth. More about Thomson Reuters: 톰슨로이터코리아 | 대한민국 | Thomson Reuters Education Centre: 로앤비 교육센터 About the Role In this opportunity as a Marketing Associate (Education), you will: Campaign Planning & Performance Analysis Plan the annual course promotion calendar and develop marketing strategies for the education business. Develop and execute marketing campaigns for major program launches. Contribute creative ideas for campaign concepts and messaging. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future optimization. Content Creation & Communication Develop engaging organic content across various channels, including Naver blog, social media, email, and print. Plan, draft, and distribute weekly email communications to promote training courses. Collaborate with designers and internal stakeholders to create visually compelling materials. Market Research Monitor the education market landscape and identify opportunities to engage target audiences more effectively. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and align marketing strategies accordingly. Support broader Thomson Reuters marketing initiatives, including events and marketing asset development. Collaborate with marketing agencies as needed. 1. 캠페인 기획 및 퍼포먼스 분석 연간 교육 과정 프로모션 캘린더 수립 및 교육 비즈니스 마케팅 전략 개발 주요 프로그램 런칭을 위한 마케팅 캠페인 기획 및 실행 캠페인 콘셉트·메시지 기획 및 아이디어 제안 캠페인 성과 분석 및 향후 최적화를 위한 인사이트 도출 2. 콘텐츠 제작 및 커뮤니케이션 네이버 블로그, 소셜 미디어, 이메일, 인쇄물 등 다양한 채널을 활용한 콘텐츠 제작 교육 과정 홍보를 위한 주간 이메일 뉴스레터 기획·작성·발송 디자이너 및 내부 이해관계자와 협업하여 시각적으로 효과적인 콘텐츠 제작 3. 시장 조사 및 분석 교육 시장 트렌드 모니터링 및 타깃 고객에 대한 효과적인 접근 기회 발굴 업계 동향, 경쟁사 활동, 고객 행동 분석 4. 부서 간 협업 세일즈팀과 협업하여 고객 니즈 파악 및 마케팅 전략 연계 Thomson Reuters의 전사 마케팅 이니셔티브(이벤트, 마케팅 자산 개발 등) 지원 필요 시 외부 마케팅 에이전시와 협업 About You You’re a fit for the role of Marketing Associate (Education), if you have the following required qualifications: 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional education or corporate training targeting legal professionals or enterprise clients. Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce). A solid understanding of paid and organic marketing channels, including digital advertising and social media. The ability to analyze digital marketing performance and derive actionable insights. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. A demonstrated ability to independently develop campaign ideas aligned with overall business objectives. Working-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
