Develop and execute marketing campaigns for major program launches. Contribute creative ideas for campaign concepts and messaging. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future optimization. Content Creation & Communication Develop engaging organic content across various channels, including Naver blog, social media, email, and print. Plan, draft, and distribute weekly email communications to promote training courses. Collaborate with designers and internal stakeholders to create visually compelling materials. Market Research Monitor the education market landscape and identify opportunities to engage target audiences more effectively. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and align marketing strategies accordingly. Support broader Thomson Reuters marketing initiatives, including events and marketing asset development. Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce). A solid understanding of paid and organic marketing channels, including digital advertising and social media. The ability to analyze digital marketing performance and derive actionable insights. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. A demonstrated ability to independently develop campaign ideas aligned with overall business objectives. Working-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
