Senior Pen Test Coordinator In this opportunity as a Senior Pen Test Coordinator , you will use your overall technical and project management experience as well as your evangelism skills to deliver and shape our Penetration Testing initiatives. Your responsibilities include the following: Agreeing and managing timelines for Penetration Testing Requirements to ensure they are delivered successfully Communicating timelines with stakeholders and provide relevant and timely updates on project progress Ensuring key inputs to the Penetration Testing process are produced / provided in a timely manner Driving projects to delivery by performing project administrative tasks including, but not limited to: creating and maintaining project plans and pipelines, completing project estimates, creating project resources accounts, identifying and reporting action items and risks, project status reporting, meeting facilitation and preparation of meeting notes Delivering projects on time and in budget, making modifications to project phases as needed to address changes or problems to original scope Coordinating work delivered by external vendors to identify all details of business objects and requirements and remove roadblocks. Engaging in Penetration Testing vulnerability remediation activities Driving efficiency of the service through adoption of automation and AI Leading collaboration to help identify creative solutions to meet client needs and address problems experienced by our clients. About You You’re a fit for the role of  Senior Pen Test Coordinator if you are comfortable managing multiple repetitive workstreams simultaneously as well as managing other larger projects keeping in mind complex requirements. Spent 5 years in technical roles, including penetration testing / vulnerability assessments / application security / information security Clear and compelling written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into business insight or technical language into business terms Track record of strong stakeholders’ management with Engineering, Product and cross-functional teams Strong ability to work with external vendors Help in building a remote friendly culture favoring async communications and outcomes Have proven experience working with teams in multiple time zones Love having end-to-end ownership and responsibility and delivering value Have a passion to champion and foster an agile mindset Possess a strong commercial / business acumen Able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable to work in a growing team About the role Strong organizational, communication and documentation skills Strong Microsoft Office skills required (mainly in Excel) Azure DevOps working knowledge is a bonus Power Automate, PowerBI and Snowflake basic knowledge will be beneficial Certifications from offensive security fields will be beneficial Bachelor’s degree or above preferred PRINCE2 or PMP Certification will be preferred #LI-DD3 What’s in it For You?
