Integration Consultant

The Integration Consultant Associate is an entry-level position. The role is designed for individuals to quickly grow their skillset and expertise in the integration domain through support and mentorship from senior colleagues. This role involves assisting in the implementation and configuration of e-document solutions, troubleshooting and identifying issues and possible solutions, and developing and maintaining documentation related to integration processes. Growth and Development: As the Consultant's skill progresses and demonstrates its capabilities, one will gradually take on more complex tasks and responsibilities. Mentorship from senior colleagues will facilitate a rapid development curve, enabling the consultant to grow the skillset and expertise in the integration domain. Collaboration: The consultant will conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, and provide training and support to both customers and colleagues. Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-updated with industry trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of this role. About the Role In this opportunity as an Associate Integration Consultant, you will: Analyze and set up customer-specific integration solutions, starting with simple tasks, and gradually handling more complex work over times. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic integration-related issues in a timely manner. Prepare, maintain, and update documentation accurately for integration processes, solutions, and issue resolution. Perform testing of customer formats and integration solutions to ensure accuracy, functionality, and quality. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver, support, and maintain integration solutions. Actively participate in training and development activities to strengthen technical knowledge and enhance job-related skills. About you You’re a fit for the role of Associate Integration Consultant if your background includes: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology). 1-4 years of experience in a related field. Strong technical interest and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to read and write XSLT, XML, Groovy, or similar languages. Familiarity with EDI (e-invoice/order). Basic knowledge about communication protocols (SFTP, HTTPS, API etc.) Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. #LI-AD1 What’s in it For You?
