In this senior role, you'll have end-to-end accountability for the successful implementation of e-invoicing solutions for large, complex, multi-national organizations. You will lead and coordinate internal and external project teams - from project initiation through to completion - ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across North America and Europe, you'll leverage your advanced communication, leadership, and organizational skills to drive a portfolio of concurrent projects to successful outcomes. About the Role As Senior Client Project Manager at Thomson Reuters, you will: Take overall ownership of complex implementation projects, leading cross-functional teams - including sales, technical consultants, product development, and other departments - to deliver on time, within budget, and to agreed success criteria. Act as a senior point of contact for clients, engaging with key stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define success metrics, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention. Define and validate project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, using industry-standard tools and methodologies. Provide regular, structured reporting on project status, risks, and issues to both client and internal leadership, recommending and implementing corrective actions where needed. Manage project budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial parameters. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks, implementing robust governance and escalation paths. Lead decision-making and problem-solving activities, facilitating resolution of complex issues across teams and stakeholders. Ensure all project documentation, including plans, requirements, and lessons learned, is complete, current, and appropriately stored and shared. Champion best practices, standards, and continuous improvement in project management across the team, mentoring and supporting more junior colleagues where appropriate. About You You're a fit for the role of Senior Client Project Manager at Thomson Reuters if your background includes: Significant, demonstrable experience leading complex customer-facing projects, ideally within a global or multinational environment. Proven experience managing global customers and delivering projects across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups. A solid educational background; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Experience with e-invoicing or ERP implementations is highly desirable.
