About the Role Join the GST Browser engineering team to strengthen our observability and monitoring capabilities. In this internship, you will help build and enhance Datadog dashboards, monitors, and alerts  that improve visibility into API performance, service health, and customer experience. You’ll collaborate with engineers, QA, and product partners to ensure GST Browser is reliable, scalable, and easy to operate. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain Datadog dashboards for latency, errors, throughput, and key API metrics. • Partner with engineers to improve log, metric, and trace instrumentation  and support standardized observability practices. • Configure alerts, SLO indicators , and runbook‑ready monitors for GST Browser services. • Analyze telemetry to provide insights on API usage and effectiveness , complementing product analytics needs. • Document dashboards, alert logic, and best practices for future contributors. About You • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field. • Basic understanding of REST APIs, logs/metrics, and performance concepts. • Familiarity with any programming language (C#, Java, JavaScript, Python). • Interest in observability, APM tools, dashboards, and data‑driven engineering. • Curiosity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Nice to Have • Exposure to Datadog or similar tools (Grafana, New Relic, Prometheus). • Experience with Git, basic scripting, or test automation frameworks.
