THE ROLE:
This role is part of Genius' team that helps sports leagues and teams boost performance on and off the field using cutting-edge tech, analytics, and visual insights.
Join our team as a Sports Customer Support Analyst and play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience. You’ll handle incoming requests, support clients via Zendesk and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and onboard new users. Alongside this, you’ll monitor live match data and assist with troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide customer support via Zendesk
Prioritize and manage incoming requests
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and onboard clients
Monitor match data and assist with technical troubleshooting
Work in shifts (morning afternoon, hybrid model)
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Excellent communication in fluent English (written verbal)
Strong problem-solving with the ability to multitask prioritize
Proactive, accurate, and able to perform under pressure
Confident with computer systems and tools
Previous customer support experience is a plus
