Lab Support Principal Engineer / Product Owner Dell Technologies drives businesses forward in a changing world. Our Cybersecurity team designs, builds, operates and oversees the implementation of network and computer security technologies. They are responsible for the planning and design of security technology architectures and focus on the implementation of technologies to protect Dell. What you’ll achieve As a Product Owner you will be responsible for defining vision, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring the Security Operations team delivers value aligned with business goals. This role works closely with stakeholders, customers, and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will: • Work closely with the CPO, Scrum Master and development team to ensure smooth delivery • Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Own and manage the product backlog: create, prioritize, and refine user stories • Monitor threat intelligence feeds and security advisories (CVE, CISA KEV, vendor bulletins) to stay updated on emerging high‑risk vulnerabilities • Manage and maintain enterprise endpoint security solutions (Antivirus/EDR/XDR) across Windows and Linux devices in Engineering Environment. • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the Security Operations team. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements • 8  Years of experience. Ability to translate security needs into clear requirements for engineering • Vulnerability management system (Rapid7, Tenable). Review, prioritize, and track remediation of high-profile vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments. • Experience in pipeline security integration with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub. Experience in Integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience in Integrate container image scanning, signing, and runtime security controls. Hands-on experience with SIEM, and EDR/XDR platforms (Splunk, Carbon Black, Crowdstrke) • Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS).Knowledge of automation concepts (APIs, JSON, PowerShell, Python basics).Experience in driving KPIs / Metrics for Patch Compliance, HPV, and Critical Vulnerability Desirable Requirements : • Experience defining multi-year roadmaps and managing complex cross-functional programs. • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, JIRA, ESM, Grafana.Certifications: CISSP, Security, RSMPO Who we are We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
