The role: The Creative Studio at SoFi is looking for a talented interactive designer to join our best-in-class in-house agency and deliver exceptional digital experiences for our rapidly growing brand. You’ll partner with web producers, project managers, copywriters, and art directors to design beautiful, engaging, and functional landing pages for SoFi.com across desktop web and mobile. We’re looking for someone who is driven, forward-thinking, and nimble enough to collaborate with your creative partners on messaging as well as visual design. You’ll be joining a supportive, fun team culture of creative people excited to come to work every day in order to help people get their money right. What you’ll do: Own end-to-end concepting, design, and production for marketing landing pages and digital experiences across SoFi.com. Translate a variety of briefs into thoughtful, effective, and visually compelling design solutions that align with business goals and user needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including web producers, engineers, copywriters, art directors, and product marketers to deliver high-quality designs. Apply strong conceptual thinking, UX principles, and brand standards to create engaging, user-centered experiences across desktop and mobile. Help test, iterate, and optimize designs across our site, partnering with marketing, web, and development teams to continuously improve performance and business results. Evolve and expand our visual language on SoFi.com by developing new layouts, design systems thinking, and web components that strengthen the brand and improve usability. Champion the SoFi brand and user experience, while helping shape and express SoFi’s brand narrative across digital touchpoints. Present work clearly and effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. QA designs with little oversight to ensure consistency, functionality, responsiveness, and alignment with brand, business, and compliance requirements. What you’ll need: 3-5 years of relevant experience with strong skills in visual design, interactive design and user experience. Strong conceptual thinking and a demonstrated understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and mobile-first design. Proven ability to ideate, wireframe, prototype, and design effective web experiences that balance creativity and performance. Proficiency in applying and evolving brand visual style within established systems and frameworks. Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate on different web design options based on stakeholder and creative feedback. Strong communication: ability to articulate design rationales, strategy, and vision Strong collaboration skills and comfortable working with copywriters, product marketers, product designers, brand strategists, developers, and other cross-functional partners. Self-motivated and able to work independently while also supporting the larger team. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines while producing high-quality work.
