We’re looking for a Compensation People Analytics Analyst and AI Builder to join our team in Denver. This role is ideal for an early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) who enjoys working with data and leveraging modern AI tools to build practical, data-driven solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, organizational research, and emerging AI technologies. You will work with compensation and workforce data, build analytical tools quickly, and support internal processes that help administer large-scale payroll and equity programs.
You’ll also experiment with AI-enabled tools (such as copilots, coding assistants, and data platforms) to create lightweight systems, automate analysis, and improve workflows. This is an opportunity to help shape a data-informed approach to compensation and people analytics within a growing organization using the latest technology.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Denver office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

SQL
Excel (advanced functions and modeling)

What You’ll Do
Analyze compensation and workforce data using SQL and Excel
Support development and maintenance of compensation benchmarking and analytics
Assist with workforce data analysis related to hiring, performance, and organizational structure
Build and maintain analytical models, datasets, and dashboards
Organize, clean, and structure datasets related to compensation and organizational roles
Improve processes and workflows related to people analytics and reporting
Experiment with AI tools and automation to enhance analytical work
Build small internal tools or systems to support data-driven decision-making
Document analytical methodologies and ensure data accuracy and transparency
Skills We’re Looking For
Early career (up to ~2 years of experience)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on working with data
Basic proficiency in SQL and experience working with structured datasets
Ability and willingness to learn new data tools, platforms, and analytical techniques
Interest in organizations, labor markets, or people analytics
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience or interest in building tools, workflows, or projects using AI technologies
Effective communication skills and ability to explain analytical insights clearly
Bonus Skills
Background in social science (sociology, economics, organization science)
Familiarity with compensation or other HR domain knowledge
