Position Description: As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter at Sonar, you won’t just be filling seats - you’ll be the architect of our revenue engine. We operate in a high-velocity environment where "pace" isn’t just a buzzword; it’s our default setting. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll be working from our Austin, TX headquarters, a busy GTM hub, where you'll be the local Talent expert and SME for our Revenue leaders.
