ROLE OVERVIEW We're seeking a Head of BizTech Program Management to own the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of technology initiatives across Harvey's Business Technology portfolio — spanning IT, People Systems, GTM Systems, and Finance Systems. You'll partner closely with the Head of Business Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to define what we build, when we build it, and how we measure success. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You'll be responsible for both the overall shape of the BizTech portfolio and the hands-on management of our most strategic programs, including Lead-to-Cash, Hire-to-Retire, and global expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader who thrives in high-growth environments, can operate at both the strategic and tactical level, and has experience managing complex technology portfolios across multiple business domains. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Portfolio & Roadmap Management: Own the BizTech project portfolio, maintaining a unified view of all active initiatives across Core IT, GTM Systems, People Systems, Finance Systems, and Application Engineering. Ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, and aligned with company OKRs and BizTech strategy. - Program Ownership: Directly lead strategic, cross-functional programs from scoping through delivery, ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, and stakeholders are informed. - Intake & Prioritization: Design and run a structured intake and prioritization process for technology requests across all BizTech domains, establishing governance frameworks to manage competing priorities transparently. - Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain end-user-facing roadmaps and regular status communications that give business leaders clear visibility into what's in flight, what's next, and why. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with GTM, Finance, People, Legal, Security, and Workplace teams to translate business needs into actionable project plans and ensure seamless handoffs across systems and teams. - Delivery Excellence: Establish and evolve program management standards — including project tracking, risk management, dependency mapping, retrospectives, and change management — that scale with the team without introducing unnecessary process overhead. - Technology Enablement: Develop and drive training, communications, and enablement programs to support adoption of new systems and processes across the company. - Team Building: Build out the Technical Program Management function over time, including hiring, mentoring, and establishing the rituals and standards for a high-performing TPM team.
