ABOUT THE TEAM
Connected Warfare is one of Anduril's divisions focused on building a next-gen software-defined distributed C2 architecture and C4 hardware focused on orchestrating and automating 3rd party combat-fielded sensors and strike-networks for synchronised joint operations. We work with mission partners and operators to deploy reliable and robust capabilities on operationally-relevant fielding timelines to meet complex challenges across European Defence Departments.
ABOUT THE JOB
Anduril is seeking a Deputy to help lead and scale our Connected Warfare Division in Europe. This is a new, critical leadership role reporting directly to the Head of International, Connected Warfare. You will serve as the strategic and operational partner, responsible for driving program execution, business growth, and operational excellence across the region. The Connected Warfare division is building a next-generation, software-defined C2 architecture and C4 hardware to orchestrate and automate multi-domain sensors and effectors for synchronised joint operations. As the Deputy Head, you will be instrumental in deploying these mission-critical capabilities to European Defence partners, ensuring our team is positioned to solve their most complex challenges. You will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, acting as a force multiplier for the entire European team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategic Leadership Growth: Partner with the Head of Europe to set and execute the regional strategy. Deputise as required in all leadership functions, including senior customer and internal engagements.
Business Development: Drive in-account growth and new business opportunities across the region. Lead bid and proposal activities, shape on-contract growth strategies, and ensure the division meets its growth targets.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire portfolio of European programmes, ensuring successful execution that exceeds customer expectations and meets financial commitments. Build and refine processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
Reporting Analytics: Own the division's operational reporting cadence. Manage and deliver monthly and quarterly reports on programme status, financial health, and strategic objectives to leadership. Ensure data integrity and utilisation of Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline management.
Team Resource Management: Lead headcount planning and forecasting for the division. Work with programme leads to identify staffing needs, manage resource allocation, and coordinate hardware demand signals to ensure the team is equipped for success.
Stakeholder Team Collaboration: Act as a "servant leader" to mentor and support programme managers. Foster a culture of accountability and operational rigour, building trusted relationships with your team, customers, and cross-functional peers in Engineering, Product, and BD.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of experience in program management, business development, or a related leadership role, preferably within the defense, national security, or government technology sectors.
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of large-scale, complex software and hardware programs.
