THE OPPORTUNITY Silvus is seeking a Production Material Handler-I who will report to the Production Manager on the Production Team. The successful individual in this role will play a key role in maintaining smooth production flow by managing the movement, tracking, and administrative handling of materials between Production, Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping Departments. This position is responsible for both the physical handling and clerical processing of materials, ensuring the timely delivery of components, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the reallocation of materials in response to internal change orders or customer-driven modifications. This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday from 4:30am- 12:30pm , at Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles. The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform daily material delivery and pickup between the Stockroom, Production stations, Quality, and Shipping areas. Reallocate materials across job codes in the ERP system based on customer cancellations, change orders, or shipping schedule shifts. Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders in coordination with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, Shipping and Production teams. Support Production by ushering electronic materials, bins, and ESD bags between suites and stations throughout the facility. Work closely with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure all materials are properly issued, tracked, and documented.
