Senior Product Designer, Domains

We're looking for a Sr. Product Designer to join the Domains team, which simplifies domain and email management so users can focus on building their online presence. This team also manages Google Workspace accounts for custom email addresses. You will collaborate with a small team of designers to own the domain and email experience, ensuring it's intuitive and empowers customers to manage and optimize their web addresses and emails within the Squarespace ecosystem This is a hybrid role working from our New York City headquarters. You will report to a Design Director on the Domains team. You'll Get To… Create rational, articulable, elegant solutions to complex problems. Think holistically about the user journey and product ecosystem. Design concepts for the platform that are usable, educational, and relevant. Build high quality solutions that affects the strategy. You will drive work from discovery and concept through detailed design and delivery. Be data-driven and have an interest in measuring and improving the experience. In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure in addition to base salary.
