So what do you say, are you in? 📍Your Impact Starts Here We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Hiring Assistant team—one of the most critical bets in Homebase’s future. This team is reimagining hiring through AI: from candidate discovery to screening to onboarding. You’ll help build intelligent, agentic workflows that reduce friction for small business owners and help workers find better jobs, faster. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own end-to-end systems, shape architecture, and drive AI-powered product innovation across the stack (React + Ruby on Rails).
