The most meaningful work of your career is waiting. Join us. About the Team: The Stennis Test team designs, builds, and operates Relativity’s propulsion and stage test stands. Team members are hands-on with large-scale, complex systems including fully integrated engines and stage assemblies, pushing hardware to the limits and directly contributing to flight readiness. The work is fast-paced and highly operational, ideal for those with backgrounds in aviation, automotive, manufacturing, offshore operations, industrial systems, construction, or adjacent industries. As the company scales, the Stennis Test team becomes even more critical to unlocking our next phase of growth: proving out full-stage systems and paving the way for routine, reliable flights of Terran R. About the Role: As a Construction Project Manager, Superintendent, you will serve as a key liaison between internal technical teams and external stakeholders to define facility requirements and develop infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will act as the owner's representative in interactions with consultants, contractors, and government agencies. You will lead the design and construction of new infrastructure projects, including managing the development of construction drawings, requests for proposals, competitive bidding, bid evaluations, subcontractor selections, subcontractor oversight, and construction management within Relativity’s Mississippi real estate portfolio. Manage infrastructure projects from design through construction completion. Develop and manage project documentation including construction drawings and bid packages. Lead competitive bidding processes and evaluate contractor proposals. Coordinate permitting and compliance with local and federal regulations. Oversee subcontractor activities to ensure schedule, quality, and budget targets are met. Collaborate with cross-functional technical and operational teams to meet project goals. Represent the company in discussions with contractors, consultants, and government agencies. Travel up to 25% to support construction activities across various company sites. About You: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related technical field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, including field and management roles. Experience with design documentation, construction drawings, bid solicitation, contractor selection, and field supervision.
