ABOUT THE ROLE Comms is a small, newly formed function, and we’re looking for someone to help define how the world perceives ElevenLabs as we expand beyond our roots in voice AI. You’ll work closely with our growth, engineering, policy, and leadership teams to increase awareness of what we’re building and the future we’re working towards. You’ll be responsible for a combination of: - Shaping perceptions of ElevenLabs, with strategies, stories and updates that advance how the world thinks about us. - Creating compelling content that earns organic interest, from blogs and event talk tracks, to demos and social posts. - Running ElevenLabs' social presence on X and LinkedIn, managing the calendar and finding creative ways to bring our work to life. - Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, writers, and other important players across the business, tech, and creator ecosystem. - Working closely with domain experts across the company to translate their work into compelling narratives that land with specific audiences (for example, building awareness of ElevenAgents with enterprise leaders). - Establishing the infrastructure that keeps communications running at global scale, including introducing new systems, managing agencies, and coordinating with internal teams.
