We’re looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to help run and evolve our benefit programs across the U.S. and internationally (UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia), plus our EOR population across 10+ countries. This role sits at the center of the employee experience and the business—partnering closely with Total Rewards leadership, Finance, and our brokers to ensure our programs are competitive, easy to understand, compliant, and scalable as we grow. You'll make benefits feel dependable and straightforward for employees, while supporting programs that are financially sustainable. If you like owning the details and having a real seat at the table on program evolution — this is that kind of role. In this role, you can expect to: Partner with U.S. and international brokers to build and improve benefits programs that are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our Total Rewards philosophy — especially as we expand into new geos Own day-to-day benefits administration across medical/dental/vision, life and disability, 401(k), tax-advantaged accounts, leave of absence, and stipend/perk programs Manage enrollments end-to-end: open enrollment, qualified life events, new hires, terminations, and ongoing changes Run audits and coordinate compliance activities with brokers and vendors to ensure we meet regulatory requirements across regions Lead high-impact projects that modernize and scale benefits infrastructure (e.g., LOA framework improvements, stipend methodology + systems administration, 401(k) plan design updates, etc.) Create and deliver clear, employee-friendly resources and education (guides, FAQs, info sessions, and in-the-moment support) Enable People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to confidently communicate benefits — and make sure the story we tell matches the experience employees have Serve as an escalation point for People Operations when employees hit roadblocks or need more nuanced support Build repeatable toolkits and documentation that make benefits easier to understand and easier to support as we scale You are a good fit if you have: 5+ years of experience administering and supporting benefits programs, including enrollments and ongoing operations Experience building and rolling out international benefits (and the documentation/education that makes them actually usable) Strong program management skills — you’re organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders without dropping balls A clear, confident communication st ...
