Overview of the Role We are hiring a Solutions Enablement Business Partner to serve as the strategic enablement leader for our Solutions Engineering organization . This role will act as a Chief Enablement Officer and trusted advisor to the respective SVPs, partnering closely with Solutions Engineering, Sales, Product, and GTM leadership. This is a highly strategic, business-facing role responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end enablement strategy for Solutions Engineering. The Enablement Business Partner (EBP) will own the enablement roadmap and operating cadence, ensuring the right skills, knowledge, and tools are delivered at the right time to drive stronger customer conversations, technical credibility, and revenue impact. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and follow-up skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a sense of urgency to drive work to successful conclusions. This leader will translate business priorities into targeted enablement programs across product, industry, technical, and role-based competencies — accelerating readiness and performance across the Solutions Engineering field. We Are Hiring Across Multiple Teams This role is available across two distinct Solutions Engineering teams, each with their own focus area. Candidates will be considered for the team that best aligns with their background and experience: TMT Solutions — Focused on enabling Solutions Engineers supporting the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications industries. Emphasis on industry-specific GTM motions, technical sales, and enterprise customer conversations within TMT verticals. PACE Solutions — Focused on enabling Solutions Engineers aligned to PACE (Products, Auto, Consumer and Energy). Emphasis on deep product expertise, roadmap fluency, technical depth across cloud/AI/data, and field-ready technical narratives. Responsibilities Own and execute the end-to-end enablement strategy, operating plan, and calendar for the Solutions Engineering organization, aligned to business and GTM priorities. Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to SE and Sales leadership, proactively identifying enablement opportunities that drive measurable impact. Bring firsthand Solutions Engineering field experience into the design and execution of enablement programs, ensuring relevance, credibility, and practicality. Analyze performance data, pipeline signals, and skill gaps to define targeted enablement interventions that influence revenue outcomes. Design and orchestrate learning experiences and performance solutions that enable SEs to have high-impact, value-based customer conversations. Experiment with modern, creative learning approaches including hands-on labs, live deal-based enablement, peer learning, and AI-enabled learn while selling models. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Sales Strategy, Solutions COE, Sales Programs, and other Enablement orgs to ensure enablement is fully integrated into the business rhythm.
