Then you sound like a Worldpayer. About the team Our Commercial team creates value for businesses of every size and industry – from globally recognized brands to new start-ups. They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers. What you’ll own As the Country Manager for Germany, you will play a critical role in driving growth, implementing and delivering on strategic initiatives, and strengthening market presence. Business Development : Meet or exceed sales targets set annually. Identify and develop new sales opportunities and promote Worldpay consistently. You will build on a portfolio of target customers and attract new customers. Developing and forecasting sales quotas, sales volume and profit forecasts, as well as analyzing trends and results. Develop a strong pipeline of potential sales in the territory. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for each opportunity. Participate in tenders and meetings to determine appropriate resources or representation by other departments to win and close business. Contribute to the development of Worldpay in Germany Represent Worldpay at key industry bodies and events, maintain a quality relationship with customers and prospects. Keep abreast of market and industry trends. Develop the ability to cross-sell other Worldpay products. Team Leading : Get the team on board with Worldpay's vision, mission and objectives. Act as an advisor to your team members to achieve sales targets and/or solve problems. Develop and administer schedules and performance requirements. Develop your team's skills to help make Worldpay an expert and leader in its sector. What you bring A successful Country Manager will bring the following: 5 years of successful experience identifying, developing and executing effective sales strategies Demonstrated ability to drive business growth in a competitive market Strong financial acumen Experience leading sales teams in the payments or financial services industry Deep understanding of the French market Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams Bilingual skills in German and English Worldpay perks - what we’ll bring for you We know it’s bigger than just your career.
