Application Development (60%) Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing applications using .NET Core and related frameworks Support bug fixes and minor enhancements to existing production systems Write clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices Participate in code reviews to learn from senior developers Collaboration & Learning (25%) Work with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Operations) to understand business requirements Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Shadow senior developers during requirements gathering and technical design sessions Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles Technical Support (15%) Help troubleshoot application issues reported by manufacturing users Assist in testing and validation activities before production deployments REQUIRED : Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.0 (or equivalent) PREFERRED : Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts SKILLS: Familiarity with at least one programming language (C#, Python, or Java preferred) Fundamental knowledge of database concepts and SQL Understanding of software development lifecycle basics   WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
