As part of the core Netflix Ads organization, the team is helping shape a best-in-class ads business from the ground up, leveraging Netflix’s proprietary ad tech to deliver a premium ad experience for members while enabling brands to connect with deeply engaged audiences. | The Opportunity As the Ads Senior Sales Partner in Australia, you will play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategy for the Australian market. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role that requires exceptional relationship management, business acumen, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies. You will engage directly with C-suite and senior decision makers at major advertisers and agencies, influencing how the country’s most iconic brands invest in premium streaming environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, an extensive network of industry relationships, and a proven track record of delivering revenue growth. As this is a senior role, you will be expected to develop and drive long-term business strategies, build and maintain partnerships with top industry leaders, and proactively identify and define key business challenges to deliver effective solutions. If you are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and brings an open, collaborative mindset to a global environment, Netflix Ads may be the right place for you. | Core Responsibilities: Client Ownership & Revenue Growth Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key advertisers and their agency partners to drive revenue growth, while leveraging Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings. Demonstrate strong sales acumen by rigorously evaluating sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing, and translating business reviews into clear risk mitigation and acceleration actions. Act as a thought partner to client leadership by helping them understand Netflix’s vision and collaborating on long-term strategies for shared growth. Market Strategy & Innovation Advocate for the value proposition of Netflix Ads and champion the adoption and understanding of Netflix Ads platform capabilities to accelerate sales velocity and unlock incremental revenue opportunities. Identify and capture new growth opportunities across CTV, programmatic, emerging buying models, and cross-border campaigns by monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, and innovation signals. Proactively identify challenges and areas for growth, and develop solutions to accelerate continued progress. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with internal teams—including Account Management, Marketing Partnerships, Measurement, Ads Marketing, and Product —to ensure flawless campaign delivery and an exceptional client experience. Provide market and partner feedback to global and regional leadership to continuously improve our product, operations, and go-to-market strategy.
