The Senior Software Engineer – Studio team The Senior Software Engineer will work within the Studio team, which is handling the core part of the Qlik Talend Studio and responsible for all the main code and UI of studio. Studio is a product based on Eclipse RCP, using OSGI / EMF and main eclipse technologies. The Engineer will be responsible for setting up development environments, developing new features and maintaining released versions of Qlik Talend Studio to ensure it meets all product requirements and is ready for customers. Improve existing product: Make our studio even more powerful and more attractive We’re looking for a teammate with: 8+ years of java development experience. eclipse RCP knowledge-eclipse plugin development /SWT/JFace/EMF/GEF or OSGI / plugins development experience. knowledge in GIT, Jira and standard development process knowledge in Maven, Jenkins ability to help the team doing code review / improve product quality ability to coach new members decision-making and initiative-taking abilities. strong at verbal and written communication in English.
