Transaction Administrator

Marcus & Millichap Seattle’s top retail/net lease team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Administrator to join a successful and growing commercial real estate brokerage team. This is an in-person opportunity ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in commercial real estate and are ready to learn in a fast-paced, corporate sales environment.  We are looking for a bright, organized self-starter with strong communication skills (written and verbal), a professional demeanor, and a genuine interest in the commercial real estate industry. Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks is essential. The base salary range for this role is $24.00 – $31.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
