Creative Design Manager

We're looking for a creative leader to set vision, lead a talented team of designers, and direct our external production studio partners. What you'll be working on Lead creative initiatives from concept through delivery. Set the visual direction for Firefly creative accelerants — building a distinctive aesthetic that captures the power of generative AI. Guide designers in turning complex AI capabilities into clear, inspiring visual stories. Build a culture of creativity, experimentation, and excellence. Work hands-on with Firefly and emerging AI tools, exploring new workflows and pushing creative boundaries. Direct external production studios, ensuring outputs are cohesive and on-brand. Build strong relationships with marketing and brand partners, driving alignment and shared creative goals. Define visual standards and scale content production across a fast-moving roadmap. Hire, mentor, and grow an outstanding creative team. What you'll bring 8 years in visual design or art direction, with 2 years leading a creative team. A portfolio showing exceptional craft and the ability to make complex ideas visually compelling. Experience managing external production studios — setting direction, maintaining quality, and hitting deadlines. A track record of defining visual identity systems and scaling them across formats and surfaces. Deep fluency with Adobe Firefly and other AI tools, strong prompt literacy, and a real passion for AI-assisted creativity. Proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Firefly, Photoshop, and Illustrator. A high bar for craft and detail, with the ability to drive exploration and land on strong creative directions. Clear, direct communication skills — able to bring partners and stakeholders along on the creative vision. Experience hiring and developing creative talent.
