Senior Manager, Corporate Strategic Partnerships

The Opportunity The Adobe Corporate Partnerships team is focused on delivering material growth and market share expansion through strategic product and technology partnerships with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and implementing partnership deals for Adobe Express. As a Senior in the Corporate Partnerships team, you will work closely with cross-functional team members and executive leadership to drive successful partner deals with the largest strategic players in the ecosystem to advance Express’ objectives . What You'll Do Gain deep knowledge about Adobe Express, including business model, customer segmentation, customer workflows, product offerings, competitors, marketing and GTM. Act as a highly effective business development and strategy resource to the applicable Adobe business unit who builds strategic partnership frameworks that achieve key business objectives . Identify , scope out, and drive engagements with strategic partners that have potential to meet Express objectives . Drive consensus and approval from business unit collaborators and executive leadership to formally engage in deal structuring with applicable strategic partners, including business terms for such deals. Negotiate complex strategic partnerships with third parties from inception to final contract signature. What You’ll Need to Succeed 10 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships negotiating customized, first-of-its kind deals Ability to operate with a high degree of independence to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, build partnership strategy, assess market opportunity / competitive landscape, and develop financial / business models Consistent track record of building high trust relationship and driving consensus internally across product, marketing, legal, finance, sales and more; proficiency leading discussions about complex business decisions with executive leadership Experience with negotiating complex legal agreements with large, strategic partners Ability to act as a creative, strategic problem solver, incessantly seeking opportunities to materially impact the business.
