The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Engineer to join our Workforce Team. In this role, you will be a key driver of the Workforce Suite—our mission-critical software ecosystem that includes the Data Navigator, Mission Controller, and Field Operator App. You won't just be writing code; you will be designing the robust, scalable systems that allow our autonomous robots to communicate, report, and operate in the world’s most challenging industrial environments.
