Visit www.helloheart.com for more information. About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Enrollment Specialist (contractor) to serve as the first point of contact for Hello Heart users. In this role, you will support member onboarding and engagement, helping individuals successfully enroll in and navigate the Hello Heart program. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, problem-solving ability, and a positive, can-do attitude. Responsibilities Travel to various locations to support enrollment events and member engagement efforts Become a product expert and guide users through enrollment and program features during onsite events Provide exceptional support to users, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience Identify, troubleshoot, and document technical issues at onsite events, escalating when necessary Provide feedback to internal teams to improve user experience and operational processes Qualifications Experience in a customer-facing role Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and document technical issues Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and passion for helping others Compensation The US compensation for this contractor position is $250 per day per event, plus a daily meal per diem aligned with our internal team policy. In addition to the per-event rate and per diem, all approved travel expenses are covered.
