You will be responsible for: - Strategic Account Mapping: Deep analysis of target companies (300-3k employees), identifying key contacts and decision-makers across your assigned segments. - Quality Prospection: Execute multichannel outreach to book 2-3 high-quality discovery meetings per week through email, LinkedIn, phone, and creative approaches. - Understanding and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to ensure prospect experience aligns with Alan's customer experience standards. - Meeting Preparation & Support: Preparing meeting materials, actively contributing to meetings with Account Executives, and occasionally leading meetings with non C-level contacts. - Relationship Building: Proactively nurture and engage key stakeholders throughout long sales cycles - maintaining regular contact and building trust until an opportunity is opened. Consistent follow-up is essential to develop a strong, qualified pipeline. - Contribute and Own Strategic Team Initiatives: Actively participate in BDR team projects, contribute to sales playbook development, and take ownership of initiatives that improve team performance and processes.
