WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for selling ICEYE’s suite of Natural Catastrophe Solutions into European based insurance companies.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling solutions aligned with customer needs and long-term goals
- Understand client business objectives and ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements and ensure successful delivery, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization
- Create and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews to track performance and drive growth
- Analyze account performance using key metrics, providing regular insights and reports to internal stakeholders and client decision-makers
- Resolve complex issues effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves:
- 3+ years of sales experience with re/insurers, with a strong desire to continue growing and readiness to take the next step in professional development
- Passion for developing new markets, selling solutions, building relationships, and solving complex problems with clients and colleagues
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to audiences with limited knowledge of ICEYE solutions and capabilities
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with globally distributed teams
- Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry events
NICE TO HAVE:
- Fluency in French and/or Italian
- Experience in geospatial data or related industries
- Understanding of natural catastrophes
