Team mission
GetYourGuide is building a unified, always-on influencer and creator engine, and we're looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to help drive it across key European markets. This is a hands-on, execution-forward role that sits at the intersection of creative strategy, paid amplification, and cross-market activation.
You'll work closely with the Influencer Strategy Lead and the broader Brand and Strategic Partnerships team, serving as a critical connector between our Berlin hub and our European market operations.
This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a testing-and-learning environment, can move fast without sacrificing quality, and brings both creative instincts and technical fluency across Meta, TikTok and YouTube - someone who gets excited about emerging creator trends AND knows how to structure experiments and amplify what works.
You'll be joining at a pivotal moment, as we scale a proof-of-concept influencer model in Europe and build toward a full EMEA flywheel. This is a role where your execution directly shapes how the channel grows, and where strong performance creates a clear path to expanded market ownership.
Your mission
Activate and manage influencer campaigns across EMEA markets, with a primary focus on Germany, France, and UK.
Shape creative briefs and campaign concepts based on testable hypotheses, translating emerging creator and platform trends into structured experiments.
Own campaign execution end-to-end: creative concepting and briefing, creator coordination, content development guidance, boosting, and results analysis.
Collaborate on full-funnel influencer testing frameworks, from content sourcing through paid amplification and performance reporting.
Support whitelisting and paid social amplification of influencer and creator content across Meta, TikTok and Youtube.
Partner closely with the Influencer Strategy Lead and attend regular in-person sessions with the European brand teams.
Contribute to unified reporting across influencer and creator functions, helping establish benchmarks and surface learnings quickly.
Your toolkit
5+ years of influencer marketing experience, with a track record of executing at scale across multiple markets.
Fluent in English - French or German is a plus.
Strong creative instincts with an eye for what makes content work on each platform, plus passion for staying on top of creator trends and emerging formats.
Deep platform fluency in Meta, TikTok and YouTube, including paid amplification of creator content.
Strong analytical instincts: comfortable pulling insights from data, translating them into creative hypotheses and performance recommendations.
Ability to work cross-functionally with strategy, paid media, and creative stakeholders.
Based in Berlin, with willingness to travel to France UK regularly.
Experience in travel, e-commerce, or marketplace categories is a plus.
