Job Description The Content Business Architect guides comprehensive transformation of content operations for enterprise customers — from strategy development through operational adoption. This role acts as the link between business strategy and technology implementation. Its mission is to help organizations treat content as a key part of customer experience. Grounded in deep knowledge of Adobe's solution portfolio, this role requires both the perspective and the execution capability to drive incremental business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assess the customer's end-to-end content supply chain — from planning and production through delivery and measurement — and define a future-state roadmap aligned with business goals. Define objectives and success metrics that connect content performance to customer experience outcomes. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, managing scope, risks, and cross-functional alignment to ensure business needs are clearly reflected in implementation. Drive organizational change management, adoption strategies, and continuous value realization across phased rollouts. Maintain working knowledge of Adobe's content and personalization portfolio (e.g., AEM, Workfront, GenStudio, AEP, RT-CDP) to prioritize business requirements and guide phased value delivery — while leaving implementation details to the technical team. Lead the development of frameworks that help organizations use content as the core of customer experience. Work jointly with Adobe's international product and consulting groups, acquiring extensive knowledge across Adobe's entire solution range while jointly creating the value Adobe provides Required Skills and Experience Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with business processes and operations connected to content planning, production, management, operations, and analysis Knowledge and practical experience in the digital marketing field Project management and project building skills necessary to drive initiatives forward At least one of the following technical skill areas: - Understanding of the fundamental technology stack for web content production (front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript, web servers, CDNs, databases, etc.) - Understanding of requirements definition, configuration, and development for digital marketing products (data analysis, customer segmentation, content delivery system configuration) Preferred Qualifications Experience with information architecture, operational development, and optimization using content management systems (CMS) Experience implementing or bringing to bear Adobe Experience Cloud products Knowledge of applying AI technologies (generative AI, machine learning, etc.) to business use cases Experience at a business consulting firm Business-level English communication skills Candidate Profile We encourage candidates who demonstrate the following qualities: Those who view content, technology, and business processes not as separate specialties, but as a coordinated system for bringing value Those who can go beyond ideals to structurally coordinate and propose actionable plans, grounded in client challenges and constraints Those willing to learn beyond their own area of expertise and build solutions collaboratively with collaborators Those who can clarify key issues and lead consensus-building in projects where requirements and circumstances are not yet fully defined Those who are flexible in adjusting their role and stance based on expectations, rather than rigidl ...
