Monitorear y analizar conversaciones en redes sociales y medios digitales Detectar insights accionables para marcas y clientes Desarrollar reportes y dashboards con hallazgos clave Identificar tendencias, riesgos y oportunidades en tiempo real Colaborar con equipos de estrategia, PR y creatividad ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia en social listening / análisis digital (1 año) Manejo de herramientas como Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr o similares Capacidad analítica y pensamiento estratégico Excelente redacción y storytelling de datos Manejo de Excel y/o PPT (intermedio) Inglés intermedio-avanzado (indispensable) Plus: Experiencia en agencias o consultoría Conocimiento de tendencias digitales y cultura social Manejo de herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) ✨ ¿Por qué Edelman?
