We win when our Partners win. About the Role This P2 Partner Associate role is designed as a development path into a Partner Manager / Partner Executive role . You will support our Senior Partner Managers/Senior Partner Executives on day‑to‑day execution while owning clearly defined workstreams across partner onboarding, ramp, and early‑stage GTM motions. You will learn how we build, ramp, and scale partners – from first onboarding through to pipeline generation – and progressively take on more ownership over accounts and motions over time. Key Responsibilities (Learning and Progression): Support onboarding of new partners across processes, systems, and basic enablement. Support light-touch nurture activities Work with the regional GPO team to help incubate new partners and coordinate initiatives, Support execution of partner campaigns led by senior team members to generate leads and early-stage pipeline (S1s). Shadow Senior Partner Managers/Senior Partner Executives in partner meetings, QBRs, and internal reviews. Coordinate with Field/Partner Marketing on lists, invites, follow‑ups, and asset distribution.
