Senior Technical Recruiter Position Overview We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead hiring for engineering, QA, and other technical roles. This person will manage the full recruitment process and work closely with hiring managers across India and global teams. When technical hiring slows, this role will also support other India recruitment and HR projects, as needed. You’ll love this job if you like to: • Lead full-cycle hiring for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews,  managing offers  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future technical roles  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs  • Use sourcing tools and social platforms to find high-quality technical talent  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience  • Keep recruitment trackers, ATS, and documentation up to date  • Support other HR activities when needed, such as: o Non-technical hiring  o Onboarding  o HR operations and documentation What you’ll need to be successful: • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in software/IT  • Strong hands-on sourcing skills for engineering and product roles  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines  • Good communication and relationship-building skills  • Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms  • Flexibility to support other HR functions when technical hiring is low Why Join Us: • Opportunity to work closely with global teams  • Exposure to both technical and broader HR work  • Friendly, supportive work environment  • Competitive salary and benefits  • Room to grow within Talent Acquisition and HR
