Logistics Coordinator

About the Position We’re looking for an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to help manage equipment inventory, delivery, installation and deployment for our offices, data centres and co-locations, and to track assets throughout their lifecycle. This role is based in London but covers a range of sites across the European market, and will help align global processes with our Hong Kong office. Additional responsibilities of this role will include: Developing, implementing and coordinating comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centres Managing the call-off process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of equipment Coordinating, with the support of the business stakeholders, the planning of installations and deployments of equipment across multiple sites Working alongside the Procurement team to support the management of inventory levels and identify any stock challenges Helping with asset transfers and driving process improvements across logistics and supply chain operations where possible Troubleshooting and resolving any logistics-related issues Managing customs broking and paperwork arrangements for both the importing and exporting of goods across global markets About You Have 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data centre environments Have demonstrable experience improving, streamlining and documenting processes Have a proven track record of managing vendors and coordinating third-party services Understand warehouse operations and inventory management An experienced project manager and resource planner A strong communicator with great people and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets Operate with a high sense of urgency Have experience in asset transfers management, process improvement and process management (a plus but not required) Fluent in English If you're a recruiting agency and want to partner with us, please reach out to agency-partnerships@janestreet.com.
