About the role 🤓
As a CRM & Sales Trainee, you will sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, learning how customer engagement, lead management and commercial processes work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
You will work closely with a senior team member who will guide you through the fundamentals of CRM operations, demand generation and sales coordination. This is a hands-on learning role: you won't just observe — you'll contribute to real projects from day one, with the support and guidance you need to grow.
This role is ideal for someone just starting out who is curious about how Marketing and Sales work together to drive growth.
