SUMMARY: The People Operations Generalist, International will provide technical, transactional, and data support to the People Team and key stakeholders across multiple global regions. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, executing HR transactions, and supporting scalable HR operations processes within Workday and related systems. Based in our Mexico City office, this role will serve as a regional and international operations partner, supporting employees and leaders across Mexico and other global locations including the United States, Canada, UAE, Philippines, Australia, and Singapore. The ideal candidate brings strong international People operations experience, a high attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-country processes in a fast-paced, global environment. This role will report to the VP, People Technology & Operations and will partner closely with Regional HR, People Operations, HRIS, People Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors.
