We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Consultant to provide in-OR support, facilitating technology adoption and helping clinicians maximize the full potential of Medtronic’s products during procedures. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships based on expertise and trust. Your ability to guide and support clinicians will play a key role in enhancing therapy adoption and driving successful patient outcomes through partnership projects. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Plan and implement support activities in coordination with customers, providing clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance of company products. Develop a strong clinical knowledge base to engage in meaningful scientific discussions and identify opportunities. May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications. Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products. May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations. Conducts on-site education and consulting and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations. Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience Minimum Requires a Baccalaureate degree (Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, or a relevant advanced qualification) and minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2-3 years of experience. Good English level minimum B2 Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute effectively in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently while also supporting broader team initiatives. Flexibility to accommodate varied work schedules, including occasional weekend work and a willingness to travel as required for the role.
