A Day in the Life
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Success Specialist to support the development and execution of sustainability and customer success initiatives within ACM across Western Europe. This role offers hands-on experience in ESG and customer success strategy, marketing, and communication, contributing directly to Medtronic’s sustainability and Customer Success goals. You will work closely with ACM global teams and Medtronic colleagues, aligning strategies and sharing best practices to ensure seamless integration and communication of sustainability and customer success efforts. If you are enthusiastic about making a positive environmental impact and improving customer experience, eager to learn, and have strong organizational skills, this position is ideal for you. A background in sustainability, marketing, or a related field is a bonus but not required.
The role is based in Western Europe and can be structured as on-site, hybrid, or remote, depending on your location and preference. You will report to the ACM Customer Success Manager and collaborate with colleagues across various locations. The position may require occasional travel for meetings or team events. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Create, update, maintain and disseminate ACM sustainability communication materials
Contribute strategically to the development of robust and compliant sustainability responses for tender submissions
Contribute to training initiatives and manage Train-the-Trainer programs
Help align regional sustainability efforts with global strategies and messaging
Support the Customer Success Manager in mid- and long-term projects designed to enhance customer experience and services, with a strong focus on Customer Care and Service & Repair processes
Required Knowledge and Experience
Passionate about sustainability and ESG-related topics
Eager to make an impact
Customer oriented
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with a proactive approach; team player with a collaborative mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Design Management, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical device industry
Proficiency in English (reading, conversation, and writing); additional European languages are a plus
