The Principal Learning and Development Partner serve as a strategic business partner, driving organizational performance and competitive advantage through targeted talent development initiatives. This role partners directly with senior business leaders to translate strategic objectives into comprehensive learning solutions that accelerate business results. As a trusted advisor, this role shapes organizational capability, fosters innovation, and builds a learning culture that enables WD Corporation to achieve its strategic goals. This role will focus on AI learning and adoption of WD AI Tools. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Partner with executive leadership and business unit heads to align learning strategy with business priorities and organizational transformation initiatives related to AI tools, adoption and impacts. Serve as a trusted advisor on talent development focused on the AI training and learning initiative at WD, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business performance Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify critical capability gaps and develop learning roadmap for AI literacy, that supports long-term business objectives Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Adult Learning principles, or related strategic field Proven track record of partnering with C-suite and senior business leaders on strategic initiatives related to AI tools, adoption, and impacts of AI.
