The Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Fullscript will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. This senior role will take ownership of the overall digital paid strategy across programmatic, Display Advertising, Paid Search, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). You will oversee the full lifecycle of digital programs—from planning to performance analysis—working alongside a small team and external agency toward Fullscript’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and strategic marketing leader who can balance hands-on campaign management with long-term strategic vision. You will shape Fullscript’s paid digital approach, mentor a growing team, and continuously evolve how Fullscript connects with healthcare providers online.
