Title and Summary Manager, Finance Business Partner 1. Overview This role supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities for North LAC. The FP&A Manager plays a key role in delivering accurate financial insights, supporting business decisions, and ensuring disciplined execution of core FP&A processes, in close partnership with business and finance stakeholders. 2. Role The FP&A Manager is responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance management, with a strong focus on analysis, financial modeling, and business partnering. The role contributes to commercial and operational decision‑making, ensures alignment with regional and corporate finance processes, and helps drive consistency and transparency across financial results. Key areas of focus include: a. Budget, forecast, and monthly performance analysis b. P&L tracking and variance explanations c. Financial support for commercial initiatives d. Executive‑ready reporting and financial storytelling e. Coordination with Controllership, Tax, and other finance teams 3. About You You are an experienced finance professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of FP&A fundamentals. You are comfortable working in a matrixed environment, can translate data into clear insights, and proactively support business partners with fact‑based recommendations. You bring: a. 6–9 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance b. Strong P&L, forecasting, and variance analysis skills c. Financial modeling and data analysis capabilities d. Clear communication and stakeholder management skills e.
