Job Summary
At Palo Alto Networks , we are shaping the future of cybersecurity through innovation and Precision AI. We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to three Vice Presidents within the Marketing organization .
Supporting three high-velocity leaders requires a unique blend of air traffic control, strategic partnership, and community leadership. You aren't just managing calendars; you are the glue that holds these diverse marketing functions together. We are looking for a tech-forward professional who is passionate about AI , thrives in a Mission First environment, and will partner with the Lead Marketing EA to elevate our administrative standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Support
Complexity Management: Proactively align the schedules, priorities, and travel for three VPs, identifying overlaps and creating efficiencies across their shared digital marketing goals.
Business Rhythm: Partner with the VPs to drive the rhythm of the business, including staff meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and marketing summits—ensuring agendas are set, and action items are tracked to completion.
AI Advocacy: Actively explore and implement AI tools to streamline administrative workflows, such as automated meeting synthesis, intelligent scheduling, and project tracking, to increase the velocity of the executive office.
Community Leadership & Mentorship
EA Program Partnership: Partner closely with the Lead Marketing EA to help build out and refine a world-class Marketing EA program. You will help set the standard for what executive support looks like at PANW.
Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and resource to junior and mid-level EAs across the Marketing organization, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Build and maintain strong relationships with the broader EA community at PANW to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
Executive Partnership
Unified Representation: Act as a professional extension of the three VPs, representing their priorities and the Marketing organization’s voice across internal and external engagements.
Discretion & Judgment: Handle sensitive information regarding product launches, team restructures, and budget allocations with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine administrative processes to ensure the three VPs can operate effectively both individually and as a leadership cohort.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8 years of administrative experience, with at least 5 years supporting senior leadership (VP level) in a fast-paced, global technology environment.
