In this role, the Account Configuration Trainer will ensure customers can successfully adopt and use the products they purchase. You will intake customer information, configure systems on the backend, and lead live training sessions to help clients fully benefit from their product experience. You will collaborate closely with internal product, support, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and optimal account configuration. How We Work As an Account Configuration Trainer, you will be expected to work in a remote environment.
