Title and Summary Senior Specialist, Area Marketing The Mastercard office in Prague, Czech Republic is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Job Title: Senior Specialist, Area Marketing Fixed Term Contract [maternity cover] – 1.5 years Key responsibilities: • Execute local marketing activities and campaigns across CZ/SK in line with business objectives and global priorities • Support the planning and implementation of integrated 360° campaigns with a strong focus on media planning and coordination • Independently lead assigned marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, on-budget and high-quality delivery • Lead day-to-day project management of marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery across channels and stakeholders • Coordinate with media, creative, and production agencies, providing clear direction, feedback, and ensuring timely execution • Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend optimizations based on data and insights • Manage assigned marketing budgets, track spending, and ensure alignment with financial processes and forecasts • Support the development of marketing materials and presentations, ensuring consistency and high quality • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective marketing programs and activations • Proactively bring new ideas and solutions to enhance campaign performance and ways of working About the role: • Execute marketing plans and activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in alignment with overall marketing and business strategy • Support media planning, including channel selection, budget allocation, and performance tracking • Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of complex marketing projects, from concept through execution to post-campaign evaluation • Take ownership of selected key initiatives (e.g. partnerships, campaigns, or special projects), ensuring strategic alignment, strong execution, and measurable impact • Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and business teams to ensure integrated and effective campaign delivery • Oversee campaign development and execution, including messaging, assets, and communication flows across channels • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and smooth project delivery • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, bringing new ideas, formats, and approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement All About You: We’re looking for someone who is very well organized, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and projects, with 2-3 years of experience in related fields.
