Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company BILL is hiring a seasoned Product Manager to lead our mid-market expansion. You will shape the end-to-end product experience for growing companies and accounting firms across cash flow intelligence, expense allocation, multi-entity management, and a unified AP and spend experience. Your work turns complex, multi-entity financial operations into simple, scalable workflows that help controllers and CFOs move faster with confidence, powered by AI. In this role, you will set a multi-year vision, drive zero-to-one capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams from discovery through scaled delivery. You will turn customer research and product data into a focused roadmap, balancing sophistication with the usability BILL is known for. Success looks like step-change adoption, retention, and revenue impact in mid-market, anchored by AI-native experiences that deliver real insight and automation where it matters most. Responsibilities: Drive the multi-year vision and strategy for mid-market workflows spanning AP, spend, cash flow insights, and multi-entity. Develop frameworks to prioritize a broad surface area and sequence high-leverage investments. Lead discovery-to-delivery execution across engineering, design, data, finance, and go-to-market. Translate complex financial requirements into clear specs, crisp roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. Deliver zero-to-one capabilities such as multi-entity expense allocation and AI-powered forecasting and anomaly detection. Monitor adoption, activation, retention, and revenue to inform data-driven decisions and iteration. We’d love to chat if you have: Depth in B2B financial workflows such as AP automation, expense management, or accounting software. Fluency in controllership operations including multi-entity, consolidated reporting, budgets, and vendor management. A track record of launching and scaling complex products and aligning diverse stakeholders. Desired Qualifications: Experience embedding AI into product workflows and clear judgment on where it drives real user value. Strength in framework-driven prioritization and executive-ready product communication.
