Pipeline Operations Business Partner In this strategic position, you will lead the development and continuous refinement of our global pipeline and revenue model, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue health. You will leverage advanced analytics, AI, and data-driven insights to optimize performance for Deel’s sales and revenue teams. Your expertise will directly influence business outcomes by identifying gaps, scaling pipeline acceleration tactics, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to maximize impact. This role will ensure seamless coordination across Marketing, Partnerships, SDR, sales, and broader revenue teams to drive pipeline progression, improve conversion metrics, and power predictable growth.
